Objectives

Security issues in any multi family environment, if left unaddressed, raise the potential for litigation due to criminal acts by third parties.  With that realization we offer a very unique training program for apartment and other multi-family management. 

Course Content

• What exactly is meant by the term "security".

• Record retention of those areas usually sought for discovery.

• Standard of Care and Foreseeability.  What "you knew or should have known".

• Creating an actionable security plan.

• Workplace violence.

• Community involvement in safety on the property.

• Law enforcement liaison.

• Physical security assessment, planning, and management.

• What security experts want when defending or prosecuting your company.

• Management of off duty police officers or Courtesy Officers on property.

• Management of contract security guard companies on periodic patrol or stationed on property.

• Managing continuing education of property staff.
